Who you’re meeting
Runs a solo product studio on fast launches and personal-brand distribution. Profitable, audience-driven, deliberately bootstrapped — not optimizing for VC-scale growth.

What’s in a brief
Six layers of research, condensed onto one page.
Web research
Real news, recent posts, funding events, hiring signals. Every claim cites a source.
1 hour before
Calendar webhook fires automatically. No manual paste, no daily digest noise.
Attendee dossiers
Public LinkedIn highlights, recent posts, notable career history — synthesized, not dumped.
Suggested questions
Five questions grounded in current company state. The kind that prove you did your homework.
Honest confidence
Thin signal? It says so. We’d rather flag uncertainty than fabricate filler.
Mobile-friendly
Open the email on your phone walking into the office. Or share a URL with a colleague.
How it works
Set it up once. Forget it forever.
Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google in 10 seconds. Read-only scope, revocable any time.
We watch for external meetings
Meetings with attendees outside your own domain trigger a research run. Internal 1:1s and standups are ignored.
Brief arrives 1 hour before
1 page. Inbox or Slack. Open on your phone walking in. No login required.
Built for solo operators
The enterprise tools work. They’re also not for you.
Sybill, Gong, ZoomInfo are great — for teams of 10+ AEs with a CRM and procurement. Meeting Brief is purpose-built for the 5-15 meetings-a-week operator who doesn’t want any of that.
Pricing
One plan. Cancel any time.

Questions
Common questions, answered.
Those tools are designed for sales teams of 10+ with a CRM. They start at $30-100/seat with multi-seat minimums and require Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Meeting Brief is built for solo operators — no CRM, no setup call, no minimum, $79/mo flat.
Live web search via Claude — recent news, hiring signals, funding events, public posts, company blog, LinkedIn (when public). Every claim is grounded in a source it can cite; thin sections are flagged honestly instead of fabricated.
The brief will say so. We’d rather deliver three confident facts than five fabricated ones. You can also paste extra context (a referral note, a prior email) that won’t be on the public web.
Read-only Google Calendar scope. We see attendee email addresses, meeting titles, and start times. We don’t read meeting descriptions, attached docs, or any other Google product. Revocable anytime.
Roughly $0.25 in compute per brief. Subscription covers ~40 briefs/month with healthy margin. If you somehow run 200 in a month we’ll email you before throttling.
Briefs stop generating at the end of your billing period. No prorated refund. Your past briefs remain accessible via their saved URLs.
Not yet — we’re focused on solo operators first. When 3+ people on the same team ask, we’ll build it. Email hello@meetingbrief.app if that’s you.
One page. One hour before. Every meeting.
Built for the operator with 5–15 calls a week.
