What we collect
Email address (so we can deliver briefs), Google Calendar metadata (attendee email, meeting title, start time — read-only scope), and the briefs we generate on your behalf.
What we don’t collect
We don’t read meeting descriptions, attached documents, your other Google services, or any data outside the specific calendar events we research.
Who we share with
Sub-processors only: Anthropic (LLM inference, briefs are transient prompts and outputs), Resend (email delivery). No data sold or shared with advertising networks. No third-party analytics that fingerprint or follow users.
How long we keep it
Generated briefs are stored indefinitely until you delete your account. Calendar metadata is stored only as long as needed to trigger the corresponding brief, then purged within 24 hours.
Your rights
Email hello@meetingbrief.app to request a copy or deletion of your data. We respond within 72 hours.
