Terms
The service
Meeting Brief generates research briefs based on publicly available information about meeting attendees and their companies. Briefs are best-effort summaries, not legal, financial, or strategic advice. We don’t guarantee accuracy and you should verify before acting on anything material.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to research people who have explicitly opted out, harass or stalk individuals, conduct corporate espionage, or violate applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction.
Billing
Subscriptions are charged monthly. Cancel any time to stop future billing — no prorated refunds. Past briefs remain accessible via their saved URLs. Failed payments suspend the service after a 7-day grace period.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We’re a small team; please don’t use Meeting Brief output as your sole basis for consequential decisions. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the trailing 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be sent to your account email at least 30 days before taking effect.
